I like the way you've approached this... it's a mix of a high contrast posterised esque (but not posterised I have to add to the viewer of this critique!) and stylish detailing... stylish you may ask... look at the eye, such a beautiful use of gradient and bold palette for it to stand out so well and clean from the rest of the portrait.
If I was to make some changes to this piece myself, I'd firstly consider making the frame more equal... the bottom and left gap are thicker than the right side, so I'd add more to the right. Due to the "simple" nature of the piece, I'd either consider removing the overlapping elements which are on the frame... or even adding more.
You could add further detailing to the piece by adding more refined single strands of hair... this would match the style of eyelashes you have at the moment... and possibly add strands for the eyebrows. Maybe have a thin black frame around the piece setting it away from the white... this would connect the top of the piece to the rest of the portrait as at the moment I feel there is too much white.
It's good to see how much you've improved and your pen tool control is getting better and better with every piece. You can tell you're using less points! Which is awesome
Ooh lovin the colours here! Nice technique with the shading, very pop art-ish I do like the contrast between her skin and hair. I'd love to see more colours (maybe darker shades) used in her hair as well but that'd probably be too much her eye really caught my eye (excuse the pun) I love the shading there but I think the style is different on the eyes compared to the rest of her so I wonder if this "posterized" shading can be achieved on the eye? Overall, wonder job! You're really good at portraits and this is definitely much cooler (and neater) than any posterized image on Photoshop
I think this is beautiful, and possibly one of my favourites from anthing you've ever done. The style is creative and unique, and I love your use of colour. It looks fantastic.
